Excluded Bosses
Bosses that are excluded from Boss Rush:

Rotgut, Wormwood, Hornfel, Great Gideon, Ghostbuster, The Whispers, Tsar, Cacophobia - Incompatibilities with Boss Rush

Tuff Twins, The Shell - Personally found having unlimited access to bombs from Bomb Grimaces trivialised some bosses (Might bring them back if people want to)

Singe and Raglich - Bosses that have attacks that leave pits, ended up bringing balancing issues (Might bring back)

Heiress - Wasn't sure to include them as a secret bonus since the boss is technically incomplete (Might also bring back)

@cadetpirx it's stated in the discussion post that they couldn't be used due to incompatibilities with the boss rush fight, the big one being a softlock bug where spawning the boss in boss rush causes your shots to be disabled due to how the boss is programmed
