and a reference sheet for phonemes and stuff, so you can make a TTS voice by just recording a bunch of wav files in a specific format according to the graph and Boom you have a TTS voice, you don't even need to understand the linguistics and logic of it
it literally pulls some files from an exact folder location, from anywhere loaded into the game under that folder location,
you can make any random mod via the guide, drop the files in the folder location specified in the guide, and boom it detects the TTS voice ingame with no weird JSON formatting or other weird complex creation processes,
you just gotta record 44 phoneme sounds, aka the sounds that connect to form words, according to the graph i made in the guide text file, there's even examples of what you'd name the files and an entire guide on how to format the audio correctly, links to software, exact instructions on how to do things, everything you need
