I have tried verifying files and I've turned all addons except for this one off

anyone else who has this issue, don't be an idiot like me, read the first line of the description you need that addon.

It seems like you don't have the Sub Utility dependency library addon, it's on the main page as a required item, I moved over that function to the library for the sake of optimisation

i was in bed at a stupid time, on mobile, cause i've been doing all nighters working on this damn addon
