Deer (Honestly for "hunting" and just randomly getting hit by a deer while driving XD)

Fish swimming in the water would be cool. I second what Vincent said about deer or bears too

If you'd do mythical animals, maybe a dragon that fly around and sometimes breathe fire, burning down anything in the target's vicinity.
