the containers the player character was accessing were not owned by him but the ones he owns in the store are working correctly. It still blocks admin

apologies, admins not being able to access shops is an oversight and will be patched soon - could you explain your other issue? the intended behaviour is that only characters who have access to a shop (either owner or co-owner) can transfer to/from the container
