if you still have the problem (with only one mod: the gps mod):

check the local files via steam (in the properties of PZ).


if finally, by leaving only the gps mod active, and no other mods, the problem disappears, only a mod modifying the minimap could create this:

download NotePad++, in the folder where your workshop mods are, search for the word: "MiniMap" or "ISMiniMap" (exaclty it.) and give me the mod name for each mods if there is.
