I think both of these features are an amazing concept, but theyre very strange right now. Maybe for both of them, add a UI where you can assign the abilities to hands/head/body parts, for Ultimate Stands, you can add any ability to any body part, as well as changing the colors. This could be done through either whatever framework the Prosthetics mod uses, or the same thing done for the Marvel Mod, also made by you i believe? And, as for locacas, you can choose whether or not the resulting fusion will have hamon/spin/vampirism from either of the subjects, if they had it, as well as you get to choose which body parts from the 2 stands the fused stand will have, and the abilities it'll keep.
