I have the same problem, have you found a fix yet?

verify game integrity
(and delete mod, reinstall mod ?)

before starting Europe map the First Time, delete shades in :
C:\ProgramData\Mount and Blade II Bannerlord\Shaders
(delete both folders in "Sharers" folder)

Well:
I open "C:\ProgramData\Mount and Blade II Bannerlord\Shaders"
Then I deleted all the files in "Shaders" -
It could be one: "CoreShaders"
Or two files: "CoreShaders" and "TerrainShaders"
Delete all, that the,
"C:\ProgramData\Mount and Blade II Bannerlord\Shaders"
is empty.
Now Start the game; it will take a long while to load, some 2 to 3 minutes in my case.

Or: it could 1st crush.

If it loads the 1st time then in the "Game Loader" move,
"Europe_LemmyProject" at the Bottom of the list of mods !
(it has to be always at the bottom of ALL mods you use)
Now Enable it by clicking on that small empty square at the beginning of the line:
"Europe_LemmyProject"
Play.

If it crashes the 1st time.
Just start the game again and repeat the above position and enabling of
"Europe_LemmyProject" mod.
