I know a proper school outpost would be a lot of work, though it's highly requested, so I came up with this simpler to implement idea to fill the gap.

It is basically a production outpost, outputting skill trainer mechanite items at a slow rate, based on Intelligence and Social of the assigned pawn teachers.

The lore is that due to differences in properties of raw mechanite networks, programming such items is very much like teaching the mechanites as if they were pupils, one network at a time. When the mechanites are ready, they become a functioning trainer serum item that we all know and love. Since this is a laborious process similar to tutoring, the production is not like a factory, but more like a school. In essence, it is a school without pawn students present, but providing a similar benefit.
