Having trouble with the augment menu. When I open it up I get a bunch of placeholder menu items and "NEEDS TEXT" and broken costs all over the place. Trying to go to a different menu (geoscape, diplomacy, anything) throws an exception

Exception is below. Only mod enabled and subscribed is TFTV.
