Cybernetics, is it worth it?
Any bonus to it?
My A and B teams are at max delirium now.

If you have soldier with 15 will and 5 delirium, after cybernetics modification he will have 0 delirium, and maximum delirium level 10.
If you make 2 augmentation your soldier will have maximum delirium level = 5.
Fully augmented soldier are immune to delirium at all.

My opinion:
Clarity Head
Usually I don’t need Mind Control Immunity.
Disruptor Head
I rarely have use for Neural Disruption.
Echo Head
Night Vision is super useful. Silent Echo can be important but is less needed than in Vanilla.
Juggernaut Torso
Extend Shield is worse than the PX Combat Shield. Demolishing State might be useful in Infested Haven missions. (I hate being ambushed by The Pure with Juggernaut Torsos.)
Neural Torso
Heavy Lifter is strong for soldiers with several heavy items (e.g. Heavy Weapons, Turrets) or to counter perks which reduces Strength or Carry Weight. Allows the (proficient) use of Mounted Items without having to wear Heavy or Technician Body Armor.
Vengeance Torso
OP in Vanilla, changed in TFTV. Seemingly meant for Melee it is also super strong with firearms: +20% dmg on a MG or Shotgun is nothing to sneeze at. Can be just the tiny amount of dmg needed to penetrate armor with status weapons (paralyze, poison).
Armadillo Legs
40 armor and immune to Goo isn’t bad but for my play style I prefer the Agile Leg mutation.
Propeller Legs
+3 speed is always welcome. Rocket Leap can be useful.
Mirage Legs
IMHO Shadowstep is situational. But there might be soldier builds where this is important.

Most of the time I play with single class soldiers.
Reasons: all classes are strong on their own. In Hero difficulty which I was playing in the last few runs (to be able to give feedback on Hints and so on) and especially my usual Legend the amount of mission SP is limited (there is a VO which doubles XP and effectively SP at the cost of max. 6 soldiers per mission, though - IMHO super strong).

Early game I use what the game gives me (soldiers, weapons, items). This makes each run unique and keeps the gaming experience fresh. E.g. in the last run I had only one Berserker and used him in only 5 missions. Most of the time the 3 individual perks, especially the weapon proficiency perk is all you need. E.g. Heavy Weapons Proficiency = I don’t need a Heavy for the Grenade Launcher.

I rarely recruit PX soldiers. They have worse stats than lvl. 1 faction recruits. Sometimes havens offer a lvl. 2 or 3 soldier really early in the game. Exceptions for PX recruits: any class as naked solo explorer: will eventually die. Heavy (only if I can’t find a NJ Heavy): needs a Heavy Body Armor because a jet jumping Heavy is the best solo explorer. Any class with Tunnel Rat (only if I can’t find a faction recruit with Tunnel Rat): either an Infiltrator or will be dual classed to Infiltrator because that sweet, magic 90% stealth.

Typical cases when I might dual class:
+Technician if I need to repair a vehicle and don’t want to waste time at a base.
+Infiltrator if the soldier has Tunnel Rat. Perfect scout.
+Priest because Mind Sense can be invaluable. Knowledge is king.
End game/last mission.

In the last run the first class of my top soldiers were:
3 Assault
3 Heavy
2 Sniper
1 Infiltrator

what did you multiclass them with?
I been running Kaos engine teams, seems to kick ass atm
1x Kaos engine, 1x tech, 1x bezerker, 1x heavy
Techie gives me multiple uses of Kaos buggy turret, even Scylla it just pawns in 1-2 turns
Thats on Veteran anyway.

Assault +Berserker (+Sniper Rifle Proficiency)
Sniper +Priest (+Assault Rifle Proficiency)
Infiltrator +Priest *
Sniper +Technician (+Assault Rifle Proficiency) **
Assault +Priest (+Handgun Proficiency)
Heavy +Berserker (+Sniper Rifle Proficiency)
Heavy +Infiltrator ***
Heavy +Infiltrator (+PDW Proficiency)
Assault +Priest (+Mounted Item Proficiency)

All dual classing happened just prior to the final mission (to burn all unused personal and PX SPs) except
* for the second to last mission to test an idea (Mind Control and Parapsychosis on the same soldier)
** in the 4th week to repair an Armadillo during mission
*** in the 5th week because he has Tunnel Rat (and then gave him Infiltrator armor to get stealth to 90%)

Jamming field is great, saved me many times but why so many priest? Priest doesn't stop mind control.

If you need to lern 16,17 and 18 =(51 SP) level of WP you will get +3 WP. If you take priest subclass, for the same amount SP you will get +8 WP, and very usefull scream.

But there are many different strong play styles.
I focus on mobility and make heavy use of explosives.

Whats the C4 used for? Is that to blow up things when doing raids?
