How is the mission changing or has been changed? I just played it and I have no idea why I lost . It just seemed to end.

can you give us some more details? Which faction ending was it?

I apologize. It was the Any ending. There was a gate about halfway through the map. I think that maybe the Yoggithian has more hot points. Also, the mission ended in defeat and I couldn't figure out why
I was wondering if the end goal changed for this ending and also if more loss conditions were added.

The lose conditions for the mission are the same as Vanilla: for the Anu mission, the Exalted dying.

Did the endings change for any of the factions?

Not really; we only brought back the short in-game animations of the operatives deploying the macguffin / Exalted doing her thing right before the cinematics.
