Hello, sorry I didn't see this topic until now, I think the best way to handle this is that you make a mod that only have the new strings that I added and the potential fix for russian Loc.

In the past I've added German & french directly in the mod but now I think it was probably not the best solution for the long term.

If you are willing to do it as a separated mod, I'll then add a link in the description for it, I think this is the best way to do it, since German & french are out i
of date, it's best that those who want it in their language take care of it without having to wait for me to publish an update containing your work.
