I'm currently checking what it could be on my end, but the legs look how they're supposed to at least for me. is there some kind of texture pack you're using that might change how legs look in some way or how the player character looks?

Also, I'm going to clean up the comments a little bit if you don't mind, there are a lot of messages lol.

Most likely yes, since they change the actual player character's base model.
