This is cause by incompatible mods in the background, the game still work but sometime things just break. (have similar thing happened when I have dice rarity mod installed)

(Where [you] is whichever user you are on the computer)
Player log record the last play session you have, and it also record all bugs and error that occurred during that time.
Easiest work around you can do yourself is just remove the weapon fall attack animation from the mod CardInfo.xml . The attack would still work, just no animation will play.
