If you want not to use the ghost's assistance un check the "Draw holder ghost" checkbook to make it go away.
Another thing you should try is call the administration to fix his script.. TA is not designed to spam the ghosted prop. It just creates it one time and updates it later on. If u switch the tool it gets automatically deleted.
