Some buddies and I were pissing around using the workshop sharer and we spawned in Gargitron, but he was only targeting the host, never anyone else. We made sure that the maps we were playing on had a navmesh. Is this an issue with the peer to peer mod we're using to play or is Gargitron just not meant for more than one target?
