Playing Blufor or Opfor
Like the title says. Will it be possible to play one of them or is it already ? I know its about a about uprising rebel faction. It would still be cool if you could play the other factions.

No.
There used to be a PvP element included primarily to account for ai not dealing with rebel vehicles very well, however that was removed after the ai behavior was improved.
