How can you repair I remember knowing on the map the garage seemed to fix lot but now seems lot harder to

Where do you find repair vehicles i've been searching decent bit through outposts / resource areas / seaports havent found one yet

If you destroy a radio tower but allow the enemy to keep/recapture the outpost then they will eventually attempt to repair it, that will spawn a repair vic at the outpost which you can "liberate"

They also spawn on airbases sometimes.
