As much as i'd like to do a SFM, it probably take time because then you have people asking for stuff that you have no idea such as IK and other things that end up being more difficult to do because as i lack experience to do stuff for SFM i also got some here with gmod.

Ya should consider contacting the creators of the enhanced 2.0 models on SFM, they managed to make they're version not only IK, but also compatible with non IK gear

As much as i want theres probably a low chance that i might get a response from fission, not sure if they even do stuff for both gmod/SFM anymore considering that other known people that used to do splatoon stuff for both gmod/sfm have retired.

I have a few plans for the SFM so its gonna take some time since I also need to do the same for the octolings as well as update them with the new changes.

let's not pressure them. they're a one-person team here (as far as i'm aware) and honestly, this stuff is gonna take time. the VG models resource doesn't even have all the clothes out yet, let alone the player models either (as of the time of writing this). so by that logic, they're ripping the models themselves, then porting them over to gmod/sfm also by themselves.

sorry for the rant-y style of writing, but it makes me kinda upset when this stuff happens. wishing the dev the best of luck in their efforts!

Appreciate the support and yeah, pretty much most of the stuff i have worked alone so far, as i said before i don't have much clue of what i can do to make the things other can do such as IK and etc, most of the stuff is done by extract the raw models from the game it self (using the switch toolbox program) currently im trying to make it so it can be also compatible with the Splatoon 2/1 gears as of this image https://i.imgur.com/aDOvHjr.png ofc it might not be perfect since it still has issue due to the size differences but since SFM has more flexibility it shouldn't be a problem for people that are already experienced with SFM.
