excrement at 0%
I have a new problem, before the mod works but now the excrement bar remains blocked at 0% of where does the problem come from? the pee bar works very well.

You need food and time. ;)

So after you started a new game and created a new character, your stomach is empty, your small intestine is empty and your colon is empty. Even if you eat immediately after appearing in the game, the food needs time to go to the colon. It's about 1-2 hours in stomach and 5 hours in small intestine. That's it.
