- I think necromancers are mostly supposed to be sort of a stopgap until you can summon other demon troop types (and don´t forgot you can also choose not to go down that legacy track at all); 300 weak MAA also do a better job of convincing the AI you are strong than 100 strong MAA do, which can be useful earlier on. I don´t know if siege progress from the Sapper perk is calculated by company or by troop numbers; if it´s the latter, 300 necromancers would contribute three times as much as 100 skirmisher demons.
- You make a good point about Sloth. Build time and army move speed penalties sound like appropriate effects for Sloth - perhaps siege progress and siege phase length, too. Maybe it could also give reduced Tyranny gain as a bonus, because people just cannot be bothered to get all worked up about things their ruler does - that´s *soooo* much effort.
