the easiest way is to copy URL to the IMAGE (has .png/.jpeg/.jpg in the link) or upload it to something like imgur

How do I do it with sounds though.

The issue isn't discord, because the error only appears in the idle sound section. It can detect perfectly fine with the picture and the kill and death sounds.

WHENEVER I TRY TO USE AUDIO IT KEEPS GIVING ME AN ERROR MESSAGE THAT SAYS
