It works and compatible, barring some persona traits that's related to combat and armor penetration, just the Persona Eltex Staff doesn't work at all cause of missing patch but I'm pretty sure that's it. Not like the item is absolutely necessary and there's still the normal Eltex Staff for psycasters.
