I dont see the 3rd Option
anyone knows why I only see 2 options (WATER and RESOURCES) I dont see the 3rd option :(

I have the same problem. However, I can access the functionality with the Landscaping button once a city reaches 1500 citizens.

The 3rd option is a different Mod, you need to have "surface painter" in order to see that.

Ah that's no good, do you have the "Temporary Fix" one or the orignal? AFAIK Orignal does not work, only Temporary fix one works

Yes, I do have the Temporary Fix too. Nothing suspicious in compatibility report either. Perhaps I need to check the logs at some point, or reinstall everything. But I do have a workaround .. so probably not anytime soon ;) Thanks though :)
