UI disappears when working on roads
I often loose the UI when for example - I try to turn off "Straight Slopes" option. The UI disappears without using the slopes function.

Also, the NA button overlaps with Free Form Road button from vanilla game.

Steps to reproduce:
    [1] Open the roads menu[2] Have any road selected[3] (the UI doesn't start automatically) Click the Network Anarchy button [3.1] (the UI starts) click the Straight Slopes button

Log is spammed with (im not sure how to read it):
[Debug] 1,142.2081778 | parent:<null> m_parent:OptionsBar (ColossalFramework.UI.UIPanel)

Last other than the above log messages were:
