"- Combined Anarchy and Collisions (disabled) to just Anarchy mode, plus added notification window"

When I made roads, I usually had collision on while I used Anarchy to prevent all of the trees on the map from clipping through. With the combination, it turns collision off while Anarchy is on and I have to manually remove trees from every road I create. Is there an alternative to the above? Collision was a very useful feature.
