Feedback: POST THOUGHTS AND FEEDBACK HERE
Please post any and all feedback here in this official thread. Raptorlos had a good idea that we needed an official thread for feedback, especially on balance stuff :D

Could there be a way to safely slaughter the boomers? I usually use a mod for the vanilla booms but it doesn't work for these guys. I think having it as a labour intensive operation with a chance of failure is a good balancing option.

We shall look into patching the mod that allows safely slaughtering them. :D

I'm assuming this is an oversight: of the four animals that provide armored dinosaur hide, only ankylosaurus and minmi seem to have a natural armor bonus for the dinosaur itself while alive, despite the descriptions & leather type for polacanthus and borealopelta suggesting they should be well protected too

I have mentioned it to my coders and it'll be fixed in the next update :D

Is it normal for small dinosaurs to be capable of inflicting so much wounds within a span of few seconds that even the greatest of melee fighters can be toppled by them easily ? Or it has to connected with a time-speeding mods ?

In my experience they're usually quite easy to kill unless you get very unlucky with RNG or they get some lucky hits in. Their DPS and damage are quite low normally.

Any reason Brachiosaurus revenge chance on tame fail is 50%? That seems super high.

Mostly because they're an animal where if they get even slightly peeved their foot could crush your entire body :D
In all seriousness though, it's mostly because they give a TON of meat so taming them too easily would be way too good a source of meat.

Hi, I'm playing a rather hardcore run and noticed that this mod makes food a non-issue even in this setting. The two (or more?) types of nut bushes are generated in such a ubiquitous manner that it's really easy to stock up on them.

I found the mod option to decrease all plants already, but thought that you could be interested in this matter as well.

Thank you for your great mod!

Thank you for the feedback! I'll check how often those bushes produce food, it's probably like double what it should be haha.
You're welcome, glad you like it :D

Have some velociraptors tamed and starving, and was rather confused because they wouldn't touch nutrient paste or meals with meat in them.

Realized they were only willing to eat raw meat and corpses and I was wondering if there's a balance reason for that? I see above you mentioned brachios being difficult to tame for a similar reason, but I can't really see what issues may be caused by them at least being able to eat kibble

Basically it's because they're extremely similar to Wargs, balance wise, and thus follow a similar diet. Plus they're entirely carnivores, kibble is made from non-meat as well.

It's been a while since I've seen wargs, only recently got back into the game and have tons of new animals (mostly from Biomes! I Believe) and had completely forgotten they only eat meat. That clears it up a lot for me, thank you for the explanation

Could you all add some of your dinos to the spawn pool of some of your caves please?
