Pros: +100% Ammo Capacity for Primary Weapon
+10% Jump Height
Cons= Double Jump disabled

I dunno it could be utility as well as cosmetic with some thing like
-2.5% speed
+10% damage
+10% heal speed
this would fit in with the kit bag theme it seems to have and would be pretty cool, maybe it could be used for the medic with healing buffs or something

ITS A COSMETIC AND COSMETICS DONT HAVE STATS

but if it was a weapon i would give it:
25% ammo
25% slow speed walk
