Don't hold me to this, but it seems most of the popular mods originate from modding communities like Nexus Mods and ModDB. They then have to be integrated into Steam Workshop or whatever.
I would think that updates and information roll out the same way as the mod itself: Birthed and grown in the modding community until it finally reaches Steam.

I'd suggest starting your searches at the mod's respective community site since they're the source.

Whats the point of even downloading them? the dudes that worked on these mods and tried importing it to the steam workshop ONLY for it to not actually work to the base version of the game? or even previous versions of the game, even if you managed to get most of the configuration mods (Like Harmony here for example) to work, You'll still run into problems since the mod creators love to take their damn sweet time on what is centurally a document mished and mashed with code attached to it. and when they finally get around to releasing the latest version of the configurative mod, It's almost like every single Modder on here is Bi-polar as ♥♥♥♥ because they entirely could care less about the complaints they get, Yet they insist on somehow getting big M&B2BL Youtubers to care about their private versions of their configuration mods specifically made for them to show some neat mods that most people can't play because of how utterly trashy the game actually is in terms of performance because TaleWorlds can't even sit up without laying back down on their arses just because they remembered.. that they had a large responsibility for the game they have made for their loving fans.



TL;DR: Bannerlord Modders (In terms of Configurative and Mod sounding.. Mods) Are utterly the most estranged persons that you'll hear about from Nexus or ModDB, Yet they had all the time in the world but insist on D##k sucking their favorite Youtubers that make the most bland content on M&B2BL with mods that no one has public access to besides those Youtubers like Resonant.

I Feel bad for the folk here that want to have fun and try out some pretty nice looking mods.. Onlyyy- to getting the silent treatment from these damn Config Modders because they sit on their programs without a care in the world, This was my TED talk.

And months later.. And for the peeps that wasted their money to 'Jester' my comment, you've only proven my point. I don't honestly think I've struck a nerve on that one, and if I did- I'm not sorry for it :]

The modders say that you aren't paying them enough, Boot. I agree that it's not acceptable for them not to work for us for free, or to have lives of their own, or even to need to take a break from it all. They definitely shouldn't have wives or children, or regular jobs. They should be our willing slaves. Goals and dreams should be for other people. When there is a delay because the developer has done something stupid or strange, and the results have done something to the mod code, the modder should just work day and night until they figure it out. After all, you've pointed out how easy it is. There shouldn't be any problem right?

Or you could just get off your ass and learn to do something instead of griping at people that actually try. I'm sure there must be lower forms of life than people who post up your sort of rant, but I'm not able to think of any just this moment.

Due to the Good will of that one steam notification in my Gmail inbox- specifically the Poetry one, I was curious of why my comment was given that. So I came here and got rightfully reality checked by Catbox. Looked above and saw my train wreck of a take, and I gotta say to you Catbox, You're absolutely f##king right. I'm gonna take my mighty L and get back to jogging some more(genuinely, my legs burn). Though I won't be deleting that garbage take simply because that is some history worth remembering, if any lowlifes agree with my take- you really shouldn't. Peace.

And yes, I'm really f##king sorry, that garbage ass take shouldn't even surface and yet it has. Never let your emotions drive y'all. Always provide good criticism to the Modders that are keeping this game alive, never stop supporting them. Once I get my PC fixed or get a new one-- I'm gonna have a ton of fun with 'My Little Warband'. Cheers people!

It's not that hard, if you need an earlier version, go to Nexus https://www.nexusmods.com/mountandblade2bannerlord/mods/2006?tab=description

Browse the files tab and look for the version you need among the old files.
To install you just need to add the downloaded folder to the modules folder in the game files. Alternatively download with Vortex. (Harmony gives you a tutorial on how to do it manually i.e without Vortex on their "articles" tab)

If that's too hard for you, don't try to mod games. If not, enjoy the number of mods offered outside of the workshop.
