I agree to this, well while the dead of night I can find, I've noticed MANY hats missing from the pack, including the burning question, black knight's bascinet, the reel fly hat, etc. even the rusty reaper, which sucks because my actual pyro has a metal head. I know for sure that it's not a texture problem, I've checked my files, the textures are up to date, but the items aren't even IN the add-on. There's no .mdl files no associated VTFS of the custom reworks shown in the list here. if I'm just missing part of this mod for no reason, please can someone tell me?

i kinda figured this out:
because this workshop item just reskins the existing hats, cosmetics that arent put into the game by valve already need to be downloaded throug the workshop
