right click the game in libary and click properties betas then beta tab and click the beta and type betapassword

i dont see properties betas?? is a non-steam game

i have non steam too add it to steam ( you click games at the top of steam then click add non steam games then find it check it off and click add selected programs done) then once its in libary right click the game then youll see properties click it then click betas and acces the beta using betapassword

I mean he could always get the version from the mountandblade forums or modDB and install it by default, I did that.

When you first load up the game on the start up menu before you actually play the game click where it says "current module" and choose between Native or Gekokujo. That is how I figured it out. (This is on my steam version of this game.)
