Revived Factions
If a defeated faction with legendary lords gets revived e.g. by N'kari what would happen to the already recruited lords? Would there be a new leader of the faction? Would they transfer back to there former faction? Would there be a copie of the lord? Or anithing else?

Same as if a faction gets confederated and later revived, they get a new leader.

So I just had an issue where I accepted refugees from Hochland, but then I returned the region to the elector. Now the Hochland faction is literally missing from the diplomacy menu. Any thoughts?

I also am having the same issue with revived factions not appearing on the diplomacy screen and generally being passive (they don't build stuff etc.).

That's a base game bug and CA is aware of it. I expect this to be fixed in the next patch(es).
