Me, either. I've subscribed and D-L the Trees and ROcks 2.0, then restarted SE. Don't have anything "hidden",either. NO trees anywhere on earth (for example), "green" areas or otherwise. I've "landed" in many different areas that SHOULD have trees. What else do I need to do to "see" them?

They are spacecraft models, and you need to spawn them as such. They do not appear automatically.

is there a way to make them a part of landscape in the game?

That's essentially the same question as 'Can spacecraft be generated naturally throughout game play' and the answer to that is no.
