Hi, I dont know if you have figured out your problem yet, but here was mine:
I found the file, clicked copy file location, pasted that into notepad and then typed it directly how I saw it. I would then get the same message saying that the path didn't exist. The problem was that when I clicked copy file location and then pasted it into notepad, it was adding " " around the file path. Deleting the quotations fixed my problem. 1) Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\255710 which contains folders of all your assets
2) In this folder Search for "BuildingThemes.xml"

3) Right click and in Properties copy the "location"
4) Paste into the "Path to Building Themes xml file" field of District Themes Plus (in Content Manager - but ONLY accessible from Main, not while playing the game)
AND add "\BuildingThemes.xml" to the path because even though the field only asks for the path , the mod does append that.
This is the way
