Rebellion
I've been claiming castles I took in a seige, like in vanilla, but when they're not awarded to me, I'm not given the chance to revolt. Does this mean I need to lose all my sweet, sweet feifs by renouncing my oath in order to be a king?

I see this as a serious problem to the mod.
If the point is to have control over diplomacy for your nation, and you make it really awkward to create a nation in the first place, you've sort of defeated the point of the mod.

I think renouncing your oath will keep your fiefs but the kingdom you renounce will declare war against you and maybe other factions will.

You know, to be honest, I haven't tried it because I'm playing or realistic, and there would be no going back. And, of course, in vanilla you lose your feifs.

-> This. 100% tested and allready known before. You get a dialog if you wanna keep them or if you give them back if you keep them = war if not no war

If you renounce your oath you lose your fiefs, just like in native.

you get an option to keep them but this would sart a war then since you would create your own kingdom by holding them

At any time you can go to the king and demand to be released from your oath, then keep the fiefs you hold. This will automatically make you a "king" or warlord rather though.

you can pledge alliegance to a claimant of a throne. Automatically all your fiefs and castles will belong the claimant faction but if you betray him you will remain with them and make your own nation!!!!
