Auto-loot Fix
A message to all. If your loot system isn't working, and NPCs are dropping their gear, download the Diplomacy mod M&B Repository and move your save file over to the new folder. It will work as intended. Diplomacy from the Steam Workshop appears to be broken, but DIplomacy downloaded from a different website is now working as intended for me.

I know it's been a long time since you posted this, but I wanted to say thanks! Your fix helped me today; if anyone else is out there having this problem, Nishra is correct and this will fix the auto-loot problem.
