How long you guys need for the loading Screen?

My Loading Screen is like 15 minutes but after the 15 minutes nothing happens do oyu have the same problem? I have an 64-bit Windows 7 Pc with 4 RAM and an Good Graphic Card -.-

Enable Load Textures on Demand, please. It should help the loading time. Also Low Res version loads up quicker I am told.
