Munci won't move but will attack you when you noclip above him.
I don't know but the Angry Munci is standing still and wont chase me, either i'm dumb or he's not working, do you know what's happening? I'm new to the Gmod stuff because i almost dont play Gmod but how do i get Angry Munci to move and chase?

Also, i do not have God mode on me, i'm just at 100 health and all he wants to do is Stare at me. I'm literally in front of him.

do you have navmesh on the map your on?

Maybe If It Won't Move Go To Commands And Do Nav_Generate. That's How. :)

No Navmesh?

its because the map has no navmesh, i think all nextbots do that when they're on a map without a navmesh

but u get a menssage saying if you don't have nav mesh and asks you to generate one.

did you enable ai?

Let me just say that the map probably didnt have navmesh.
