i almost lost my player with that map load error when exiting a large basement i spawned up on the side of my base a few tiles away from the basement door with a few visual bugs and like the rest of the peps that where having this problem i could not move or click anything i didn't wanna do that map data thing for fear of losing my base i saw someone say to do so i made a new player and ran home and the map was fine so that told me it wasn't the map and more the player i disabled all my mods in the main menu not the save tho and went back into the save in debug mode and i way trying to teleport myself somewhere when my player did the falling animation i then thought oh ok from my experience with pz and falling into voids i put the fly mode with the cheat mod on and simply pressed the down arrow and my player was back on the ground and i could again move and play like normal without being stuck i was not about to lose my progress i know this is a messy comment but i hope it helps someone possibly save their run
