Isn't it possible to rename a country by just using a renamed victory point as a cosmetic tag for a country? You can use the command "set_cosmetic_tag SOV VICTORY_POINTS_6380" to rename the Soviet Union to "Moscow". Why wouldn't that work with custom-made VP names using this mod? Do the renamed victory points not work as proper localization data (given that they're changed ingame)?

I was messing around with stuff, and realized at one point that ANY localization data can be used as a cosmetic tag (for instance: you can use the word "country" as a cosmetic tag, and it'll rename the nation to "Country", because that's an entry in the localization files). Probably not a new discovery in the slightest, but I was wondering if it was possible to use it to make unique cosmetic tags to rename countries.
