How were we supposed to find out the Orange Keycard chest key? The video just skips from "walking towards the hacked computer with spoofed base station 236" to "entering the code in the chest"

I have a room breaking issue that keeps me from solving the room. I'm hoping the developer can help me with. In the "Navigation System Offline" area I'm missing the valves. I've played through to this point twice and still they are not displaying. Any ideas why this might be happening? I posted a picture to show it. http://psteamproxy.yuanyoumao.com

I hope I added the spoiler brackets correctly. I wont know until I post it. Sorry if it doesn't display that way. Here goes.....
