I get the same error and when I open an existing save or new save the screen is black and time doesn't go by until i pause where I can see the map but basicly can't play :/

I looked at it closer and found that it was an issue with MinifyEverything, so all I did was create a sorting rule that loaded Mechframes just before Minify.

I don't know about the rest of what you are talking about, but at least for those error fixes this should do the job.
