in npc form probably wesker cus he can kinda dodge almost everything thrown at him and is really powerful

good question cause when i were testing nero vs wesker nero died and wesker won i think its just because of wesker's strong attacks that he sometime does

wesker won
he ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ uppercutted nero and he died

that is if he is either at the second or third difficulty, it also depends if its re4 or re5 wesker

I know almost nothing about RE so I can't really make any guesses, although I'm just gonna say that Nero lore-wise is extremely powerful and this mod's version of Nero spams Table Hopper more than a Dante player spamming RG
