found the tire iron in the bedroom to the left upstairs in the closet

In the room with a guitar on the couch on the same couch there's a rock interact with it and the last one is in the closet bottom right of the room with deer heads in it

Molotov is in the 2nd floor bathroom on the windowsill.

The key is very small and on the keyrack to the right of the Ammo buy in the corner of the basement.

The music box is on a table (looks cylindrical and weird in the 1st floor fireplace room ( the one by the radio with the rabbit head and the two deer heads)

The tire iron is on the ground to the right of a window in the 1st floor room with the M14 wallbuy (the wallbuy should be to your left when looking for it)

The shield is made of two parts in two locations. Dolly is in the 2nd floor left bedroom in the closet next to the Vigo the Carpathian portrait or in the right hand room behind the stairs on 2nd floor where Jugg and the box are. Car door is either in the closet in the 2nd floor right bedroom or next to the sink in the basement. Table is right next to the Trowel wallbuy in the basement.

Finally for the song, the three rocks are in the first floor closet left of the fireplace in the room with the music box, underneath the sink in the basement and in the second floor study in the left room after turning around at the stairs, 2nd floor next to a guitar on the couch.

George's glasses are in the bedroom directly left at the top of the stairs on the nightstand to the left of the bed
