Something weird happened when I opened sfm...
I opened sfm to make a poster and opened a mdl file I use to save all my characters, some updates from the models started, but when it finished and opened, the octolings were all mangled!!

this addon was updated a lot lately and at least one of them did have some changes that broke models placed before said update.
For a single pose (not an animation, somehow it doesn't work) you *should* be able to fix this simply by spawning a new model, and lock/zero it like a piece of clothing since normally the bones should still be in place
