I'm not sure if it's the same for servers, as I haven't tested that out.
What's happening to me is that every time I make a preset including, let's say, Boss Indicators (Last updated in 2017).
Whenever I disable all my mods and try to apply the preset again, all the other mods work just fine, except Boss Indicators. It is the only mod that doesn't become enabled with the preset.

I am not exactly sure what Is causing these not to save but most of my other mods seem to be saved to the presets besides these and a couple of others (Just showing these two as to not bombard you)
I haven’t tested whether the mod still retains the individual mod settings even when they are not saved in the preset list.
