Mortarch recruitment
Just a heads up, other than Arkhan do not do the techs to recruit the other mortachs until you have returned Nagash to full power. The tech will complete but no lord will spawn. If you wait for Nagash to respawn as the Supreme Lord of Undeath they will work. Tested with Krell and Neferata.

I recruit Krell before Nagash became Supreme Bone daddy

I recruited neferata, krell, and arkhan but have yet to be able to recruit anyone else.

correct...i recruited Neferate yesterday prior to moving towards the pyramid

Well, I've gotten Arkhan before the ritual at the Black Pyramid, was able to get Neferata after completion, but for some reason I cannot get Krell and Vlad after completing their tech. This is well after I've gotten Nagash as the Supreme Lord.
Also Mannfred's quest did not give me the ability to complete his tech, it's still greyed out.
No clue what I messed up but something definetly broke in my campaign.

So, conquered Black Pyramid. got tier 5 city there. nothing.

It's an inconsistent bug, there's no way to guarantee you'll get or not get a spawn at the moment. Will be fixed next patch, with backwards compatibility. Locking this thread!
