Town Growth not working
So I had Lahmia growing after using the Rite and then lost the town. After getting it back it isn't growing and using the Rite again isn't letting it grow.

Edit: Lahmia not Lybaras

Disregard, I realized that I had not rebuilt the special building in Lahmia after retaking it. Built it and the settlement is growing again.

I have this problem with Khemri though.

Khemri is one of special victory settlements (check tech all the way to the right which settlements are victory ones), special settlements unique building that unlocks their growth. RIte is only for generic settlements.

Hi, I have a similar problem with Kemri.

I conquered it and did the rite, but it refuses to get any growth.
Before that i resettled the Black Pyramid (didn't notice it became a part of Nagash's horde), there the rite worked fine.

Edit: Just saw your post regarding the special settlement, never mind my comment then.
