i have had a problem with breath of darkness spell, where applied on chariots it did heal them first time, but second time not a single health point despite it didn't reach its maximum heal cap. After battle thought it was fully healed - i was in enemy territory so it wasn't automatic heal. Same with Death magic incarnate skill where it didn't visually healed a single health point but after battle nagash was fully healed.
